Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

to share documents with the counterparty in a M&A transaction; i find it very useful especially when I have to hide some sensible information that I can't share (i.e. the employees name). I think that the instrument to do that is very useful and works well. In addition the interface is very intuitive and perfect for the entrepreneur who might not be an expert in VDRs

well suited for entrepreneurs who have never used a VDR as it's really intuitive; on the other end it could be quite expensive so sometimes it's difficult to explain to someone who never use a VDR before why it is worth his money instead of use another provider which is cheaper
