Cons

  • Don't listen to their customers' ideas for improvement, only concerned about what they want they think we need
  • The complexity of writing our own custom reports. Every business has their own needs, and the canned reports don't always take care of that
  • Customer support - finding someone that can answer the questions correctly can be very difficult
  • The fact you cannot export out Organization Hierarchy

Most functionality is great and with a proper implementation and a knowledgeable internal team, you can program it to do just about anything you need.
