Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

We use Dayforce from everything from Onboarding through the entire employee lifecycle, payroll, reporting etc. Dayforce makes it easy to maintain accurate employee
information. It also provides easy
avenues of two-way communication between the company and its employees. It gives the employee a one stop shop for all their needs including pay, pto, and a place to find policies and procedures.

Due to it being an all-in-one application, we are able to
look at the information that is stored and make meaningful and accurate
decisions based on that info instead of trying to pull information from
multiple different sources and compiling to make informed decision.

Overall Dayforce is a user-friendly system and helps
maintain accurate and up to date information. The accuracy of the records helps give accurate reporting on t=our business needs. There is still some functionality that it is missing, though
they are constantly working to improve in those areas and have good open communication and helps channels.
