Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce
I work as a payroll
coordinator, and I rely on Dayforce for accurate payroll processes. I can
easily manage employee hours, overtime, and straight hours. I use Dayforce for
payroll calculations, reporting, and tax management. I can say that Dayforce
has transformed our payroll operations, making them more efficient and
reliable. Even though it has some problems.

Pros
- it can easily handle multiple pay groups
- no major system errors during "high season" time
- smooth calculation and fast validation
Cons
- there is no way to open quickly particular employee timecard. it's very annoying when you have dozens of groups and entities, and you need to find a timecard of a particular employee. Without knowing his group - you cant do it.
- some reports are only available in pdf format
- It's hard to get a quick response from customer service
ADP has a lot of system errors, especially on Mondays. I haven't noticed anything like that working with Dayforce. But I like that you can easily access employee's timecard via ADP, by just searching an employee and open its timecard. In case of Dayforce, you have to open timecard module, try to find a proper group and then find an employee.
