Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

Dayforce HCM is used by all of our employees to enter their hours worked. We also use the project code module for specific allocations. The system is easy to use and has many functions to make the process of entering hours more efficiently. I highly recommend this program. As the administrator, I find it easy to train the employees on how to use the program.

Pros

  • Generates plenty of reports.
  • Has the ability to carry over hours from the previous week, which is beneficial for employees that have multiple project codes.
  • Provides lots of history.

Cons

  • I would like the ability to change an employee's location, without it affecting the current timesheet.
  • When creating reports, pop up tutorials would be beneficial.
  • For TAFW reports, I would like the option to select vacation only.
  • It has helped fine line where we are spending our time.
The preview function is very beneficial.
I feel the system is set up accurately.
Having all of these modules in one program is very beneficial. It saves time.
For our organization the My Projects module is very beneficial.
