Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dayforce is being used across the whole organization. Prior to Dayforce our employees didn't have the self-service capability available to them. It saves HR and Payroll time now that employees can update their address, tax exemptions, benefits, etc. directly in the HRIS system.

Pros

They are innovative when creating new technology.
They created one platform that covers all of our business needs.
They host a great annual conference with hands-on training.

Cons

More follow through from support-explaining why something happened.
Circling back with customers one year after implementation and fixing things that were set up incorrectly during implementation.
