Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce is being used across the whole organization. Prior to Dayforce our employees didn't have the self-service capability available to them. It saves HR and Payroll time now that employees can update their address, tax exemptions, benefits, etc. directly in the HRIS system.
- They are innovative when creating new technology.
- They created one platform that covers all of our business needs.
- They host a great annual conference with hands-on training.
- More follow through from support-explaining why something happened.
- Circling back with customers one year after implementation and fixing things that were set up incorrectly during implementation.
- Increased productivity.
We have two unions and we are able to use Dayforce to stay in compliance.
We recently started using the Recruitment module. This module is very helpful when making decisions for hiring. It also makes it easier for our hiring managers to review, comment, track and organize the large number of applications we receive for open positions.
Dayforce had more capabilities than the other software we evaluated.
