Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian was intended to be a single-source HRIS that ties together businesses and provides simple reporting features.
  • Many seamless modules.
  • Reports were good and have been improved with dynamic editing.
  • Be problem solvers, not excuse makers.
  • So many easily intuitive fixes go overlooked.
  • Ceridian appears more focused on growth than taking care of current customers.
  • Other locations within our company may have different experiences, but we have spent hours trying to get our required functionality working through the trouble ticket system, and they have spent hours replying, for issues that could be a 15-minute fix. We are told that the system is operating within normal parameters and if we want our functionality to submit it to the idea portal and hope it gets upvoted.
Diversity reporting function is a massive time-saver.
We cannot get some things to work through support portal and everyone seems fine with that.
