Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dayforce for payroll purposes. It easily allows us to input employee timesheets, expenses, bonuses, etc. It also lets us issue T4s and ROEs, etc. Dayforce helps us ensure everyone gets paid and keeps records of all hours, expenses, bonuses, RSPs, and other payroll-related information.

Usability

Dayforce is easy to use and intuitive. When things are less familiar, the chat support is speedy and friendly, so I never have to worry or struggle to figure something out. Once support shows me how to do something, it is easy to remember and not need help next time.

Likelihood to Recommend

I like Dayforce's timesheet inputs. I like that there is both the rapid entry and the timesheet tabs. It's easy and quick, and it makes a lot of sense. I wish Dayforce would pay out RSP payments, rather than log them only. It would eliminate a step for us and make things faster. But it's only once per year, so not a huge issue.
