Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I get paid through Deel. I work as a contractor in a Interpreting company. It is a good platform to get paid, it has interesting services such as get advances of your payments and so. Also, it gives you some rewards with discounts in different apps. The only thing is the fees to pay once you wanna withdraw to your local bank account (in Ecuador are little high 25 dollars each time)

Usability

Deel is very flexible and usable. I mean that I am a contractor. I don't manage the payments, but the person who does this in our job I think that Deel makes his life easier to manage payments every 2 weeks. So in that way I think is great, we get paid.

Alternatives Considered

Payoneer

Deel has more options and rewards for using it. Payoneer maybe has some little hidden things that makes its product worse. Like sometimes the maintained fee for your account and card is a little hard to manage, and they bill you whenever they want. I feel that's awful because it should be after the year of using it not in the first weeks

It is well suited when you work as a contractor or freelancer remote for a company based outside your country, so it is a good way to get paid and to work in different projects. Even, you can get paid by objectives done. Less appropriated is if your company is in your country. Maybe there you should get a legal contract with all the benefits
