Payoneer is a versatile payment gateway that has been widely used by freelancers, vendors, and businesses to facilitate hassle-free transactions without tax deductions. Users have reported positive experiences with the platform, highlighting its ability to receive money from different vendors and tester sites without any hassle or commission charges. The quick and simple registration process, with account verification typically taking less than an hour, has been praised by users who appreciate the seamless onboarding experience. One of the key advantages of Payoneer is its flexibility in receiving money from anywhere in any currency, which can then be easily deposited into the user's bank account within 24 hours. This feature has made Payoneer popular among international freelancers and businesses who need to receive payments from clients around the world. Additionally, referring Payoneer to others can result in earning through their first transactions, making the platform an all-rounder earning solution.

However, some users have encountered issues with Payoneer's transaction blocking feature, which blocks transactions without reason and causes inconvenience and delays in accessing funds. The customer support provided by Payoneer has also been inconsistent according to user feedback, with some feeling misled or frustrated by the lack of assistance. Another area of concern highlighted by users is the payment approval process, which can take longer than expected and cause delays in receiving funds. Users have expressed dissatisfaction with the annual fee charged by Payoneer, especially if it is deducted from a small payment amount. Additionally, resolving issues with Payoneer accounts has proven challenging for some users, who have reported difficulties in reaching a resolution and even account closure without a clear explanation.

Despite these limitations and support issues, Payoneer continues to be regarded as one of the best solutions for receiving international remittance and converting it into local currency. Its ease-of-use and wide range of use cases have made it valuable for freelancers, businesses with international clients, and even industries like music where it facilitates the collection of mechanical royalties. Users appreciate Payoneer's convenience, security, and ability to simplify financial transactions across borders. Many businesses have integrated Payoneer into their operations, leveraging its payment gateway capabilities for mass payouts, online shopping, payment for goods and services, and withdrawal of money from banks. The platform's integration with accounting software has also made it a convenient solution for accepting online payments. Overall, despite some challenges reported by users, Payoneer serves as a reliable and versatile payment gateway for various user needs.

Global Acceptance: Many users have praised Payoneer for its wide acceptance worldwide, allowing them to easily send and receive payments internationally. This feature has been appreciated by a significant number of reviewers.

Nominal Exchange Rates: Several users have mentioned that they appreciate the nominal exchange rates offered by Payoneer compared to similar platforms like PayPal. This has been seen as a positive aspect by numerous customers.

Useful Tracking Feature: The tracking feature provided by Payoneer has been found useful by many reviewers for keeping tabs on their transactions, payments, and balances. Users have expressed their satisfaction with this feature in their feedback.

Slow customer service resolution: Several users have complained about the slow resolution of issues by the Payoneer customer service team. Users feel frustrated with the lack of prompt assistance and express a desire for faster response times.

Limited availability for international payments: Some users have reported that sending and receiving payments from certain countries is still not available on Payoneer. This limitation hinders their ability to conduct business globally and is seen as a significant drawback by these users.

Long time for international payments: There are mentions of international payments taking more than a week to be received, which is perceived as a long time by users. This delay in receiving funds can cause inconvenience and affect cash flow for businesses relying on timely transactions.

According to user reviews, recommendations for Payoneer include improving website security and design, considering it as an alternative to PayPal, and using it for international trade. Users highly recommend that Payoneer enhance the security of its website and improve its design with more vivid colors. They also suggest utilizing Payoneer as a safe and efficient payment platform, especially as an alternative to PayPal. Many users find Payoneer particularly useful for international trade, stating that it is the best alternative to PayPal for online transactions. Overall, users highly recommend Payoneer for its high-quality service, security, and user-friendly interface.

I use Payoneer to get paid by my customers. I am supposed to paid an up front fee for producing content and then royalties on a regular basis following that. But in my experience so far, Payoneer has transferred 0 dollars. The service is supposed to provide a trusted way to transfer funds directly to a payee's bank account.
In my experience, Payoneer is not able to process payments and weeks went by before I was notified that there was a delay. Then they starting sending notices that a tax form was required and I feel this should have part of the enrollment process. In my experience, I was expected to use a link in the emails, but the link was broken. Also, other links in their software will incorrectly bring you back to the sign in page, blocking necessary actions. I believed they claimed that they received the required forms, then claimed that they didn't.

In my experience, somebody got unauthorized access to my account. I believe my worst mistake was to report that it was hacked. I believe it didn't help me and it made my situation worse. Payoneers support (many different persons contacted me) worked diligently and went through a lot of trouble to put up roadblocks for me in my opinion. In my experience, a Payoneer supporter went as far as to research the validation of Israeli ID cards. In my opinion, their research isn't up to date. The Israeli government extended the validation period In my experience, Payoneer got the address to the Israeli government site, the page about renew your id 2022 with proof. In my experience, this is what has happened and what I've done so far: Somebody got unauthorized access to my account and instantly moved $480 to his own Payoneer account with the email address: (removed but sent several times to Payoneer) without my permission. I received Payoneer's email about the illegal transaction with a link to use immediately if I hadn't authorized it. I clicked the link which led me to Payoneer's maze page with several types of support. It took me around 10 minutes to find the right place.. and I could only find a number in US. I don't live in the US. I can only use my phone in Israel. So I spent another 10 minutes figuring out how to charge Skype so I could call long-distance to the US from Israel. The supporter I talked to would create a ticket. * Got email from a Payoneer supporter. Got told to use another email address and reply to the questions I would receive. They needed a copy of a valid government-issued ID. No reply from Payoneer. I wrote and asked for an update and wrote on LinkedIn, too. Then I was asked one week later to provide a government-issued ID which I'd already done. I had to send another government-issued ID, I was told. I replied that I didn't have any other. I don't have a car and I don't travel. Thus my driver's license is old and in my maiden name. Still valid, though. And I don't have a passport since I have no need for it. In my experience, after several emails from Payoneer asking me for another Government issued ID, which I've already said several times I didn't have, came the email from yet another supporter, around 2:30 am my time. In my opinion, this latest email showed proof of no compassion but lots of energy putting into making things hard for me. In my experience, the supporter claimed falsely that my ID was no longer valid, which is not true. Result: I don't have access to my account. I have lost $480 and also around 4 EUR and around $2.50 USD. Plus a pending payment hasn't been accepted since November 15, and I'm expecting more money coming from Amazon in five days or less. In my opinion do yourself a favor and take out your money from Payoneer.
 • I believe they are great at charging fees both for paying for products and for receiving money
 • I believe they can accept payments from Amazon KDP and ClickBank
 • In my opinion, hey are excellent in making life tough for honest account holders
 • In my opinion, Non-existing customer service
 • In my opinion, Slow customer service
 • In my opinion, Support uses canned replies
 • In my opinion, Support either don't understand English or doesn't read it
 • In my opinion, Provides a useless link when you need fast help
 • In my opinion, Could be smoother in accepting money from private persons
I believe it was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I did in the past. I was an eager affiliate because I liked their service. But in my experience, first they came up with crazy claims when my son (who lived in Ukraine back then) made an account and later they refused my friend's account with the reasoning that "they didn't do business with that kind of persons" (she taught hypnosis and self-help). In my opinion, they make you jump through hoops to "confirm your identity" for an account I've had since 2012. Plus, their security is non-existent in my opinion. I believe I will never trust them with money again. If they reopen my account (notice, I could have it closed without giving my ID), I will immediately withdraw every single payment I receive. In my opinion, I don't trust them one bit.

Warning Warning Warning - DO NOT USE IT - Aweful ServiceTake too much time to approve payments. Proccessing time should be minimal.Edit: After the payment is approved they took 29.5USD in the of annual fee. I dint know about this. I only got $30 for a work I did for a client and they took it all. Ridiculous terms. I dont use it often and I am never going to use it anymore. Please be aware, PayPal is much more better than this.

Awful service. Don't recommend to anybody. We are planning move out to another bank from next month. We made a remittance on 24 of August. Bank requested documents from us to review a transaction on 29th of August. We provided all documents on 30th of August. Now is 14th of September, transaction is still under review. In August support answered that review migh take a week, then 2 weeks. Now support answers, that review process might take up to a month!!! Transaction sum is $8000, Payoneer took $160 for transaction. Our contraсtor put on hold providing services a week ago and now we could loose our client, who can't wait more. Payoneer support said that they can't even charge back sum to us, so they just froze it on their balance. In case if transaction will get to back to our balance - they don't get back the fee to the client as well. It's fantastic! Customer ID: 51882254 Transaction ID: 574760447

Their support answer pretty fast, but they can't help with real problems, we just lost our client thanks to Payoneer!

Pioneer is a pretty good International payment gateway.
Pioneer offers local bank accounts in many countries to receive payment in the local currency.
 • Pay or receiving money from International clients is easy with Payoneer.
 • It offers a local bank account in many countries to receive payments in local currency.
 • Specially Payoneer is helpful for those countries which don't have PayPal support.
 • I believe Pioneer customer support is awful. It needs a lot of improvement in my opinion.
 • Currency conversation charges are in higher sight than SWIFT system.
 • Overall user experience is not up to the Mark.
With Payoneer, we can easily send or receive money from other countries. It's fast and safe, but their customer support is not good at all in my opinion. I faced some problems during the transactions.

We used Payoneer for almost 10 years to pay our contractors in digital marketing field in different countries. This April they asked us to re-verify our account by submitting fresh documents. It was done almost immediately, but then the verification process was stuck in limbo. I contacted support multiple times about the timelines, but every time they "sincerely apologized", but were not able to tell anything specific. All this time we were not able to send payments to our contractors (one of them is located in Georgia, and one in Ukraine), and had to use alternative systems. This week I got a notification that our account is terminated and they declined to disclose the reason. 5 figures amount is stuck in our account. I believe this company doesn't respect loyal customers, their support team is not professional and I strongly urge you to never deal with Payoneer.
 • Fast payments to different countries
 • Good reporting features
 • Terminated our account for no reason
 • I believe customer support is terrible
It was a convenient payment system to process payment requests from our contractors. But if you need a reliable payment system for business - stay away from Payoneer, as they can block you anytime they want (read other reviews about this issue)

I use Payoneer to pay a vendor in Armenia. It is the only payment platform we can use.I have used this site for over a year now and 1 day I get an email out of the blue saying my account was closed for violating their terms. I only use it to pay 1 person and so I tried to inquire as to what the problem is. But all they would say is that I violated the terms and the decision was permanent. I tried 3 or 4 times to get an answer and that is all they would say. I did not violate any of their terms and it is draconian to do this to customers. Also, their CSR's are not English speaking and it shows. If you're going to close my account, tell me why.
 • safe transactions
 • customer service
 • transparency
I can't recommend them at all if they are going to close people's account for no reason and then not tell them why. I did not violate nay terms.

They blocked my account with a 5-digit amount of money. Then, couldn't agree on what they needed from me to unlock it, and were giving me fake deadlines for unblocking and always failing them. Then admitted that "multiple departments are involved", that's why it takes them so long.

They seem to be intentionally holding my money, without an apparent reason. I spoke to about 15 support managers, they all give me incoherent information and fake deadlines. It seems like they just want to win time.

The timeline:

1. 4 months ago, they asked to verify a bank account that I don't use it anymore. I contacted support 5-6 times, they promised to remove it but I kept receiving verification requests. I sent them the proof and they didn't accept it, without an explanation - it seems due to minor differences in the address spelling - instead of "str.", my address starts directly with the street name.

2. I ordered their virtual card. They asked: provide a screenshot of your Amazon account. I answered: I don't work with Amazon anymore, now I work with my client M****** AG, and I am a contractor. They told me "then provide a screenshot of your account with M****** AG". Another support manager answered the same. They seem not to be able to grasp it that when you are a freelancer, you don't have an Amazon-type account with your clients. You just have a contract, and they pay you directly.

3. Now, they blocked my account completely, with a 5-digit sum on it. One manager requested a proof of two specific transactions, and 5 other points, and offered to upload it for me. When I reached again second time to provide the proof, the support manager told me just one transaction would be enough, but I need to upload it over the website. On the website, I there was just a place to upload proof for one transaction, and no place to provide the other requested points (e.g. the explanation of my relationships with counterparties, which was requested).

4. Yesterday on the call (8th or 9th call), they told me that the issue is resolved, and that the account is going to be unlocked in 6-8 hours yesterday. After 15 hours, it's still blocked and another manager says: "we can't tell you the date when it's unlocked. we will do it as soon as possible".

Seems like they have a total internal chaos and are blocking large accounts randomly, to prevent losing too much money. Remember the Wirecard story?

Also I wrote exactly the same things on Trustpilot, and ... the review is hidden from other people, only I see it. Are they paying to hide reviews?

Customer ID 29958331
 • Receiving payments
 • Blocking accounts for weeks without a reason
 • Giving false deadlines
 • Having a common sense (e.g. understanding that private companies that pay freelancers not always have an "Amazon-type profile" which can be screenshotted)
It's well suited for receiving payments if the amounts are small and you don't care about being blocked and losing weeks of your time chasing their support

They can block any of the transactions you make for no reason, place them on hold on it and keep using your money for free for weeks. Customer support lied to me as if the retailer is holding my money, but I have an official reply from the retailer ensuring me that my money has never reached them in the first place. Getting my money back is becoming a full-time job.

It's a complete nightmare to even change my bank account and get my money through this joke of a company. The worst site I've ever tried to use and impossible to get any customer service. I have to use it to get my earnings from Tunecore and I'm going to be leaving Tunecore and switch to a different digital distributor for my music simply because they force my to use Payoneer where my money takes MONTHS to get through. Why does anyone use this service?

I was using this Payoneer service for 7 or more years, it was never above average but at that time it was the only option... But now they have gone too far in terms of bad services, they just removed the USD bank of America from receiving account and didn't bother to update me, due to this my two payments were stuck for 19 days, I contacted them many times but they never bothered to even look into my account and kept blaming PayPal... Now after 20 days of torture they told me very casually that I can no longer receive payments in this bank so please apply for a new one ... this is just a sight of how bad their customer service is ... I contacted support 6 times, created 2 tickets but no one bothered to look into the issue and wasted my 20 days by keeping blaming PayPal

We are an IT solution provider. So we have came across different kind of use cases where we implemented Payoneer for our clients. One of our major client is a music purchaser that bid on the music from its users. We implemented Payoneer for them so that they can pay their clients when music is purchased from them. Payoneer stands distinct especially incase of cross border mass payouts. We also use Payoneer within our organization to receive our payments from clients as well as make payments to our partners.
 • Cross border payments
 • mass payouts
 • receive payments in local accounts
 • competitive exchange rates
 • escrow service
 • Automated payment initiation from web forms
 • payment processing solution for websites
Payoneer is well suited for freelancers whether or not they work on marketplaces. as it makes it easier to receive payments from clients abroad. More over it also takes a lot of hassle out of getting paid from international clients as well as sending cross border payments.

It has some what limited implementation in e commerce type business especially where you need to automate the payment process.

I use Payoneer as an account to receive payments and send payments from abroad, manage my funds related to my digital services. The problems that I previously encountered with other platforms were the high commission costs and the need to travel to open accounts. Which greatly facilitates me to be able to work reducing capital management costs.
 • Easy account opening
 • Transfers to international accounts
 • Opening of LLC accounts
 • Other withdrawal options
Payoneer is very appropriate for when you want to open an Amazon seller account, it allows you to draw the balance of the account as they want. And it is extremely easy to link Payoneer with Amazon. In the same way, it allows you to withdraw funds with international accounts.

I used Payoneer to accept payments from foreign clients. This service has a fairly low commission for transfers. An important factor is that it is very popular, which greatly simplifies the interaction with customers, since usually people are wary of what they do not know much about.
 • Low commission
 • Fast transfer speed
 • Famous service
 • The operation of the service depends on the "Politics"
This service is well suited for small organizations and individuals who need to receive and send cross-border payments.

Have been using Payoneer since it first appeared on the market. It helped me run my business, because as I am a US person not a US citizen, it allowed me to have US bank accounts connected to payment gateways such as Stripe and my ecommerce websites, and also payments for other services rendered offline or online.
This combination had the added convenience of the Payoneer card, which in my case, as a world traveler, was the only way to withdraw funds and use it to make offline and online purchases for my business.
The service also offers a possibility to withdraw to local bank accounts, something I never used but it's there, if the need arises.
Another convenient feature is to allow payments to your vendors, or get paid by US companies, and later companies from Europe, If I remember correctly, however, in my case it was a feature that was crippled, because I was never able to use a Payoneer bank account to do a wire, only to pay using the Payoneer card, like any regular debit card, and payments from some clients were deemed fraudulent which is ridiculous, because they were from people I know for decades! So these are great limitations.
 • Transfer money from your Stripe account to your Payoneer Bank and then Payoneer card
 • Withdraw money at an ATM using the card, although way too expensive.
 • Payments using the card online
 • As bank accounts are virtual they are way too limited for any significant operation as it doesn't allow any ACH wires.
 • Pay vendors is way too complicated unless they are Payoneer partners.
 • Getting paid by clients is almost impossible unless it comes from Payoneer partners, every attempt I made was deemed a fraud! Those were long time clients that payed me regularly.
Although the withdrawal is limited to the ACH US accounts, as they aren't real bank accounts, it's a convenient way to get paid fast from Stripe, although if there is a small fee or a chargeback as these are way in payments only, it becomes a nightmare to fix those problems. It does allow the bank accounts to be accepted with Stripe. For any kind of ACH payment to vendors, the service is way too limited, I wasn't able to pay anyone, unless I use the card to do it, as any regular card. In my experience, I think Import export, international trade transactions or high ticket items are impossible due to the small upper limits, for instance I can't use it to pay a vendor for a regular inventory of the latest iPhones(more than a million dollars for just a few items), nor to get paid by an overseas buyer(for instance my clients in Dubai), that buy these items on a daily basis, for these operations is just not suited.

We used Payoneer to help facilitate payment to international independent contractors and service providers. We needed a solution that would work across a variety of geographies and platforms. Payoneer wasn’t going to be our primary payment solution, but rather a method to pay contractors in areas where our other methods were unavailable or prohibitive for whatever reason.
 • Low fees
 • Broad geographic support
 • Processing time is incredibly slow
 • Verifying account was problematic and lengthy
 • Support was inconsistent
If you can’t use an alternative payment provider (like PayPal) due to geographic or technological limitations, then Payoneer is a sufficient replacement. In any case where you can use a more mainstream provider, Payoneer falls short.

I use Payoneer to receive payments from the employer. As it's in a different country, Payoneer has facilitated the transactions, it can be used internationally without an issue or many weird fees.
 • Seemless integration with other payment options or bank cards. You can use it in any ATM or complete transactions to a variety of banks
 • It can be used internationally without many fees
 • The platform is easy to understand, very user friendly
 • Customer support is also on point most of the time and they have chat options (which is good if you have a busy day, you don't have to be on the phone).
 • For some international countries it take a lot to get the physical card. This may be related to the local post office too, but it's a hassle for new users
 • It would be good to have tutorials on how to do basic tasks in video or audio, for users that can't read for too long or have a disability
International payment without large transaction fees. When you have Payoneer's debit card you can basically use it in any place that accepts visa, which is a very good feature. You can travel and have peace of mind.

We use Payoneer weekly to pay our call center abroad. It allows us to manage finances paperless but that is probably the only problem it addresses.
 • I don't feel that Payoneer does things particularly well.
 • Large fees
 • Has a payment limit of $10000
 • hard to reach customer support (which is difficult since it is often needed)
 • frequent technical errors after submitting payment which leaves us uneasy
I don't think Payoneer is a good solution. We often have issues with it and they are not easy to work with to help us resolve them. I don't think it's helpful that they put a limit on how much you can pay whoever you're trying to pay. And the fees to use it are quite large, say compared to Qwikwire.

In our company, we use Payoneer to resolve payment-related concerns. Payoneer allows us to send and receive international payments, as well as acquire products and services from all over the world, with ease and security. We tried PayPal and Skrill first, but neither of them was able to totally resolve our payment issues, so we eventually turned to Payoneer. Payoneer is a terrific way to safely extend your business abroad. Our customers are likewise pleased to pay with it.
 • Send Payments Internationally.
 • Receive Payments Internationally.
 • Purchase Products/Services Internationally.
 • Provide International Bank Accounts.
 • The customer service team takes a long time to resolve issues.
 • Sending and receiving payments from some countries are still not available.
 • Sometimes it takes more than a week to receive payments internationally.
Payoneer is well suited for small to large-scale organizations for sending and receiving payments and establishing business internationally. Because their customer service crew is inexperienced, payment and account-related issues can arise and take a long time to fix. It's also appropriate for individuals or freelancers that need a payment provider that can collect payments from all over the world.

I receive my salary every month through this platform, as well as other income I get as a freelancer. It is one of my first choices because unlike PayPal or other competitors I can withdraw the money directly to my bank account.
 • Direct withdrawals to bank account in local currency.
 • Receive money in a variety of currencies.
 • Low fees
 • Receive money from other wallets, such as PayPal or Skrill
 • The payment process is a bit slow
 • Customer service is worse than that of the competition
I consider Payoneer a good alternative to receive international payments wherever you are, as long as you are not in a hurry to use your funds. I have personally used payoneer as a freelancer and selling on ebay, among other things, and I have never had any problems. The ease of withdrawing money directly to a local bank and the low fees are definitely a big plus.

I started using Payoneer about 6 years ago and it is the best payment platform that I've used as a freelancer. They make it very easy for me to receive payment from international clients because they have any currencies that I can use. Therefore, that means that I can easily get paid from clients in many countries. They also make it very easy for me to either withdraw the funds with my very own Payoneer MasterCard or even withdraw the money to my local bank.
 • High security
 • Transfers are very quick
 • Multiple currencies available to work with
 • They provide your very own MasterCard
 • Sometimes when you reach out to customer service can are not able to provide information without escalating
 • Other departments are not available to provide live assistance you have to wait for an email most times
I started using Payoneer mainly because I worked on Upwork. This was the easiest way to get paid. Once Upwork processes the payment I'd have it on my account in a couple of minutes. Not only is Payoneer suited for Upwork but it works really well for my other clients because they provide us with banking information for banks that are in these countries.

I have been using Payoneer for 4 years, and from my personal experience, I can say that Payoneer is the most reliable source of payment gateway between the vendors and the freelancers. I have been receiving money from different UHRS vendors and also from Tester sites like Digivante without any hassle and tax deductions. The registration process is also very quick and simple, and my account got verified within an hour, which is the best part I liked about Payoneer. With Payoneer, I can receive the money from anywhere and in any currency whether it is USD, GBP, EURO, or other forms of currency, and upon receiving my money in my Payoneer account it gets deposited in my bank account within 24 hours without charging any commissions. Upon referring Payoneer to a friend or colleagues, we can also earn through their first transactions, hence I can say that is an all-rounder earning platform.
 • Quick and simple registration process, and account verification within an hour.
 • Can receive money from anywhere and in all currencies like USD, GBP, EURO, etc.
 • No tax deductions and commissions charges, all the transactions are done in a clear and crystal manner.
 • Almost all freelancing sites have Payoneer as a payment option, hence we can use it on all freelancing and UHRS vendor sites.
 • Payoneer doesn't allow both receiving and sending accounts in a single application, hence needs to make a different account for receiving the money and sending the money to someone.
Whenever I get free time after working hours, I work as a freelancer for different UHRS vendors like Clickworker, Teamwork, and testing sites like Digivante, and all the websites use Payoneer as their payment option. Hence, I can say that Payoneer is the global payment gateway for receiving our money from any country by just sitting at home. The transaction process is also very secure and I didn't face any transaction problems till now. However, the only problem is I need to create different accounts for receiving the money and sending the money. internationally.

Since we are an Artificial Intelligence marketing agency we have clients all over the world and we use Payoneer to receive payments from clients across the globe. It is very straightforward and does not require too much of formalities to sign up. The client also has the flexibility to pay in any currency.
 • It is very well accepted world wide and also accepts more than 150 currencies.
 • A decent and nominal exchange rates of currency as compared to similar platforms like PayPal.
 • I can keep track of all the transactions, payments, balance, etc using Payoneer.
 • It is because of Payoneer we can grow our business globally.
 • Freelancers find it difficult to use Payoneer as it only accepts registered business entity names.
 • The process of transfer of payments is slow as compared to Paypal and sometimes it takes 3-4 days in getting the payments.
 • The customer service of Payoneer is not up to the mark and I think it should need drastic improvements.
Payoneer is well suited for a registered business, particularly for companies that are into digital marketing. Since it is accepted in more than 150 countries that's why can give wings to your business. It is of no use if you have a local business like a retail or E-commerce business at the national level.

Payoneer is used as a payment gateway if I want to receive any remuneration done by any foreigner. Usually, we get it from clients located in the Asia Pacific region. It is a very useful tool for us as we receive full payment (without deduction of commission) from clients situated in any part of the world. For clients, it is beneficial as he can pay us in any currency he wants.
 • The best part of Payoneer is that there is no deduction of any commissions like we have in PayPal.
 • I always get notifications regarding the remuneration which helps me in tracking my money.
 • The payments gets automatically transfer to my bank account without any hassle.
 • The conversion rate of the currency is higher than other payment tools like PayPal.
 • The process of getting payment is a little bit complex in Payoneer as compared to PayPal.
 • Receiving of payments takes a very long time and it's not instant.
 • The customer service of Payoneer is not up to the mark and it takes a very long time to resolve simple issues.
Payoneer is well suited for any person or entity who works for international customers or clients, particularly for freelancers. It is well accepted in almost 150 countries. However, the process of getting payments is very slow using this gateway and you have to wait for 4-7 business days to get it. Also, there is an upper limit of $1000 for receiving a payment which I think is a drawback.
