Definitive Healthcare is being used across the organization. We use it to keep count of information within healthcare systems. It helps us define whether someone is within our ideal customer profile by defining the size and number of staff within an organization.
- We can link information directly to Salesforce pages. Automatically updates on pages.
- Gives specifics about organizations such as executives, size, revenue, etc.
- I have noticed they do not update C suite members often, so when trying to reach out to prospects, the information can be outdated.
- Made it easy for us to define which companies we should be reaching out to.
- Integration with Salesforce made accounts more efficient.
We pull contacts and information like how many beds, how many physicians within a group, etc. For the most part, yes.
