I primarily use Demandbase One for account identification & prioritization.
Before Demandbase One, we struggled with identifying which accounts were in-market and ready for engagement. With Demandbase’s intent data and AI-driven insights, we now prioritize accounts that are actively researching our solutions, which helps reduce wasted effort on low-propensity leads.

Pros
- Slack alerts keep you up to date on an ongoing basis
- References the corresponding material targets are viewing
- Surfaces top targets within high activity accounts
Cons
- Lots of accounts show activity, but do not link to an individual to take an efficient next step
- When pages are hit, you can't always see who is the one looking at the webpage
- Engagement minutes do not always appear to equal the underlying detail
- Allows sales reps to move faster by deprioritizing accounts with low likelihood to buy
- Helps cut through the noise to surface leads that may otherwise be unseen
- Provides actionable talk tracks by understanding key areas of interest
