Demandbase One is used by marketing to create account lists and audience lists to efficiently target the right sales accounts at the right time to enable our sales team to expand subscription sales. Demandbase One integrates with our marketing automation systems (Marketo), allowing for data synchronization to build account list and audience lists in orchestration. It provides the marketing team with insights on advertising. It provides sales teams with comprehensive account insights, including engagement data, intent signals, and contact information.
Pros
- It uses firmographic, technographic, and intent data to build ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- We can segment accounts based on real-time buying signals, not just static attributes.
- Sales and marketing teams can see what accounts are researching.
Cons
- It would be helpful if Demandbase One's integration with Marketo was more seamless. We currently have to make sure people are members of programs to pull them into Demandbase.
- Reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA) because of precise audience targeting and retargeting via Demandbase advertising
