Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

Demandbase One is crucial for my role as we use it for prospecting and researching into account. It helps us to dig into accounts and get information quickly all in one place. Also allows us to find the necessary contacts and the contact information needed to do outreach to our leads and contacts. Overall, it uncovers a ton of information we wouldn't otherwise have unless we went on a deep dive on the internet. It makes the research aspect a lot easier.

It's a user-friendly platform and is very easy to use. While it makes things easy sometimes things aren't as up to date as other resources or they aren't as accurate. I find myself having to match information up most time or double check information for validity. Otherwise, it's a great platform.

In a typical day, I try to find ways to originate business from whitespace accounts. Typically we send out campaigns and do outreach to clients and we need to quickly find contacts to reach out to within a specific part of the business. Having the ability to filter down to Director+ individuals and also into certain areas of the business makes our job easier.
