Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

We use Demandbase One as our display advertising platform to reach high-value audiences who haven’t yet visited our site. It helps us build awareness and guide prospects through the funnel by serving tailored ads based on their customer journey. It’s been an effective way to engage accounts unfamiliar with our solutions.

Cons

  • Reporting could be more straightforward
  • Allow keywords to be edited after campaign launch
  • Reduce implementation time
  • Lifted the number the target accounts that visit our website
  • Shown intent before an account has even engaged with us
I would rate Demandbase One an 8 out of 10 for overall usability. The platform is relatively intuitive once you get familiar with it, and the targeting capabilities are strong. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once set up, it’s easy to manage and optimize campaigns.

Our journey stage implementation has taken much longer than we would have liked. I acknowledge that could be on our end. I provided a higher score because our reps (Lauren/Dusty) have been so helpful throughout the process. Demandbase has a great team behind the tool.
