Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

We use DemandScience for lead/demand generation and display for one of our tech clients and have done since last year, we are now on our third campaign with them.

Pros

  • Client Service/ Account Management
  • Flexible in terms of reporting and can provide more than one per week
  • Prompt in turning around previews and other client deliverables
  • Competitive pricing and good coverage across EMEA markets and Middle East
  • Access to senior decision makers in the business

Cons

  • They lagged behind target for one campaign
  • Summary reports could be more detailed
  • Have helped us fulfil ambitious lead targets
  • Replaced any invalid/ low quality leads flagged by sales
  • Could offer more around sales enablement sessions and thought leadership
Apart from one time where there was an issue with a report displaying correct information, generally the team was very supportive and responsive. Especially when dealing with complex briefs and tight deadlines.

DemandScience is placed well to drive high volume lead gen campaigns at a competitive CPL cost. Especially has good coverage in smaller markets in EMEA and Middle East when compared to other vendors. Display activity drove a CTR above industry benchmarks which is positive given that this is how we measured success.

Need to be careful about over promising which happened during one campaign and did not reflect well. It would be great if they could pass back intent insights on either a lead or account level
