Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Contact Center

Streamlines customer tickets, helps me quickly analyze sentiment, prioritizes what needs to get done, and communicates with clients in a super simple way.

Pros

  • AI analysis of sentiment and urgency.
  • Native communication.

Cons

  • Automation builder for workflows.
  • Better search capabilities.
  • More integrations.
  • Decreased agent wrap up time.
  • Improved CSAT.
  • Decreased onboarding time from recordings.
Easy to adopt and very effective once correctly implemented.
I haven't used Zendesk much, but overall, I felt the UI was a little bit more intuitive with Dialpad Support.
