Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

I answer the phone at the law office. It is very helpful to have the transcript typed out when we need to refer to details of a conversation. It is also helpful to have it transcribing as we are talking. The integration with other applications is also awesome. I can just enter time for calls easily.

It is wonderful because the calls are clear, they are transcribed, easily searchable, good phone records, every employee can access it, it integrates to other apps easily, it keeps a record of calls.
