Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

Dialpad has given me an effective way to make calls in an efficient manner. The application is also available on my cell phone in case I need to forward work calls. The audio is clear and reliable (both desktop and mobile). Transcription is very accurate. The analytics tab helps me to stay on track with my goals and identify any trends. Their customer service is attentive and open to feedback. Overall, everything we need.

  • having a direct link to analytics from the pop out
  • call waiting (switching between or adding calls) is too hard
  • share a transcription via email or download
  • whatever the amount, we couldn't do our jobs without this tool
