I love Dialpad and everything that they provides, especially the AI feature. Sometimes phone calls can last for over 30 minutes, so to research, talk, and give support, it's hard to have time to take down notes of some of the minor details. To be able to review and go back to what's said is a game changer. We also run a very scripted sales team, so we ask specific questions and then transfer the answers to our CRM. To be able to copy and paste the lead's direct response is so much better than relying on the sales rep's brief note cause they had to write it down and then type it in.
