Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

I love Dialpad and everything that they provides, especially the AI feature. Sometimes phone calls can last for over 30 minutes, so to research, talk, and give support, it's hard to have time to take down notes of some of the minor details. To be able to review and go back to what's said is a game changer. We also run a very scripted sales team, so we ask specific questions and then transfer the answers to our CRM. To be able to copy and paste the lead's direct response is so much better than relying on the sales rep's brief note cause they had to write it down and then type it in. This allows more meticulous notes from the phone call

I had a phone call one that lasted 1 hr and I was driving, now I remember the key points the person said when they called me but I couldn't remember the minor details. I then went back to use the Dialpad AI transcript to get the minor details to make sure I address the leads issue
