Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We use Dialpad as our primary phone system. It's perfect for our remote team as it's easy to set up and manage. We do not have any sort of tech support or technical team, so it's all up to us internally—the ease of use takes care of this for us.

Pros

  • Easy to set up.
  • Easy to adjust admin settings.
  • Easy to use on desktop or mobile.

Cons

  • Ability to manage forwarding as an admin.
  • Decrease in admin time for setup.
Very easy to use, self-explanatory, and good support if and when needed.

It's easy to use, affordable, and maintain, especially for a remote team. Without Dialpad, our team would be using personal cell phones, which is undesirable, or our company would need to pay for cell phones/plans for each of our 10+ team. We're thankful to have found Dialpad when we did!
