Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

I use it daily for incoming calls. I heavily rely on the caller ID feature, as well as being able to go back thru the call list and pick up any missed calls if I happen to be away from my desk. The voicemail is great, but at times, the translation is a bit 'skewered'. But it is good for a laugh, every now and then. second best feature, is the text option. I love being able to text the clients who don't answer my callbacks and have a 'voicemail box that is full'. The system is super reliable.

Pros

  • Voicemail is usually clear
  • Messages have their entirety, instead of having only an 'window' of time to leave a message. Some of our clients are long-winded!
  • Voicemail feature is great, and only rarely are there mistranslations.

Cons

  • The only example I can list for improvement is that occasionally the message has some mistranslation(s). But I can usually figure out the missing words. The 'southern USA' dialect may be partly to blame....
  • The functionality is really great. It is the best app I have used for messages in all of my customer service jobs.
  • Saves phone average handle/wrap times
  • Able to refer back to the messages through the printed, saved feature
  • Using cut and paste from the message screen to text messages to co-workers
  • Saves callback time
Love the ease of use. I love that the messages can be saved, and forwarded. I love that I can use a 'cut and paste' option to send the entire message to a co-worker. I love that I can message several co-workers, 0R the whole office team as a 'group chat'. There are so many time-saving, communication features!
In the past 17 years, have worked for 5 different companies that utilized an in- house/VPN chat/message/voicemail feature. Each company had a different feature software, and I honestly do not recall the names of their products. NONE of them had all the features that Dialpad Ai Voice offers. I guess that can be expected with the advancement in technology. BUT, I do recall disliking some of the features associated with the other programs. The note screens did not allow for longer messages, there were few, if any, options for transferring of notes, or calls. Most had to be done 'separately' outside of the software. I would NEVER go back. Dialpad Ai Voice is the best if all the products.

I cannot think of any scenarios in my office that it is 'less' appropriate. The functions work very well, and I never have to miss a call or a message from any of our clients.

Using Dialpad Ai Voice

6 - It is very easy program to use. We have actually had entry level employees that were easily trained to use the system, all the way to college degree employees. Training for anyone with a modicum of computer/phone skills would be very simple.

  • Saving message notes to client files
  • Missed calls for callback
  • Texting clients
  • Using graphics with the in-house messaging
  • Including clients within our in-house team messages
  • No other ideas come to mind!
It is the best telephone communication software we have used in the past 12 years. There are no plans to change our messaging system at this time. We are very happy with our Dialpad Ai Voice system.

Evaluating Dialpad Ai Voice and Competitors

Yes - I do not recall the name of the voicemail/messaging/communication software' that we used in the past. It has been several years...
  • Ease of Use
The ease of use is what sold this software. Of course, the Cloud solutions and integration were very important, but after seeing the software up and running WITH ease, along the various components -- for our office use, Dialpad Ai Voice was the best solution for us.
I would not change anything. Having seen all the options with Dialpad Ai Voice, this gives us a 'model' for future comparison. I have no plans whatsoever to change from Dialpad Ai Voice to another service.

Dialpad Ai Voice Implementation

I didn't participate in the implementation. But obviously it went flawlessly, as all users are set up in-house, and on the app.
Change management was minimal - Everything was handled by the owner, and there were no issues.
  • There were no problems with any set up issues
  • Everything went very smoothly
  • The mobile apps were easily set up

Dialpad Ai Voice Support

Never had to use customer support, but I feel confident IF there was an instance where we had to contact a support person, that it would be an satisfactory experience.
No we didn't. And honestly, we didn't feel the need. We are a small business and the owner is a former IT Supervisor. It just didn't seem necessary at the time of purchase.

  • The 2nd most important feature is outbound calls and previous call information look ups
  • I love that we can use graphs and charts within the messaging for our clients, and in-house team messaging

Yes - All of our employees have the Dialpad Ai Voice app on their mobile phones and it works great. I know I can check in on any missed calls, message or texts, anytime I am 'off the clock'. This has been a valuable tool for our clients to reach us after office hours, or if we just happen to be running work errands.
