Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We use Dialpad for several years now for all of our client and intercommunications between staff. Between recording the calls and the opportunity to meet with clients virtually we save time and service clients better.

Pros

  • inter office communication
  • virtual meetings

Cons

  • With multiple lines on my mobile in Dialpad it would be nice to be able to text
  • Dialpad has helped us to scale
  • We've been able to SIMPLY add remote workers on the admin side.
  • We can now monitor calls and offer better training.
Extremely reliable and easy to use from multiple devices
