Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Meetings

I use Dialpad Meetings for my personal family calls, my family reunion calls, and my church prayer calls. I never have to worry about folks accessing the phone number and any audio issues with Dialpad Meetings. Dialpad Business can have as many as 100 folks on the line at one time. Scheduled meetings will call participants to join the call and the call will continue past the end time if needed to ensure open communication and no dropped calls. Our planning committee love be able to dial in and not have to use an Access Code. Great technology.

Pros

  • Ease of signing on and calling in
  • Clear audio/sound, no static or poor connections
  • Can choose to be on video or not
  • The organizer and participants can see all who are on the call
  • Meetings can be auto-recorded and sent to organizer at end of call
  • Hold music can be played for initial caller
  • Meeting is auto-transcribed
  • Action items are automatically listed for the organizer
  • Summary list shows all who were in attendance
  • Summary shows duration of callers on the meeting
  • Can load images of attendees when setting of the meeting

Cons

  • Allow hold music to continue until organizer is ready to start meeting
  • Allow organizer to restart hold music
  • Allow organizer to play music from the system - e.g., Spotify, Pandora...
  • Allows us to reach the maximum amount of callers, at least 100
  • Worth the annual price of $180 to hold conferences with members
  • Access to the Dialpad system 24/7 to hold meetings
  • Abillity to share conference recordings to members/callers for follow-up
Absolutely love this product and the user friendly processes to make calls, add conference members, the system sends reminders to the members to join the call and will also call the members to connect them to the call. Awesome system and easy to use processes to schedule and chair the meetings.
Neither Zoom nor Teams automatically send your conference recordings to the chair or organizer; you have to go in and download them. Zoom/Teams will notify when the meeting is about to start; however I have never been contacted by the system or auto-connected to the meeting by these products. Dialpad Meetings can remind you, call you, and connect you into the meetings and will let you know if others are on the meeting when you join.

Dialpad Meetings summarizes the conversations and follow-up items from the meetings; there may be some words transcribed incorrectly due to voice-recognition; however this is a minor issue. The AI summary and information sent with the recordings, assists in updating the Minutes shared with the callers/conference attendees. I am very happy with Dialpad Meetings. Would recommend it to all my colleagues.
