Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad is being used daily companywide. Employees use the phone and text features frequently. I think most of the problems with Dialpad, in my opinion, are that many people are not well versed on many of the functions. A lot of the time I find that I did not know how to use or access something until I need to do so. Yes, I did the orientation but until you are actually using the program, how will you know if you will have questions and or concerns. I think it would have been nice if, after a couple of weeks, someone would have come back and did a quick review to see if anyone had problems, questions, or concerns.
- I personally like the text features. Being able to set-up different text groups is very helpful.
- Very easy to use and pretty reliable.
- Support response could be improved.
- Every once in a while we had some audio problems and calls dropped.
- I do know the impact on the business as a whole because we have only had it for less than a year.
We have a couple of other products such as Vonage and Shoretel in the past. I have to say each of them has some good features and some not so great features. I personally have pros and cons for all these products as well as yours.
