Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

As a small firm with a great amount of call volume, it gives us the ability to have a “switchboard”.
  • Integration of multiple devices.
  • Quick routing/hand-off.
  • Easy to use voicemail.
  • Online help chat has a dialogue/text box that can’t be moved from the bottom left of the screen. This is where the functions you need during configuration are located. The chat box covers all of them. It’s ridiculous and no one at DialPad seems to realize the issue.
  • WAY too many emails created when getting support. I am calling or texting support at 3 pm on a Tuesday because I am BUSY and need help NOW. Expect approximately 6 emails about your experience with the help department. I never want to come off as short, but you fixed the problem. Thank you. Goodbye.
  • Too many options for a small office. They should consider a small (3-5 phone) suite.
  • Catching all calls.
  • Catching all voicemails.
  • Mobile Office Capabilities.

Great UI when configured properly. The amount of bells and whistles is insane. We will never use all of them, but it shows that DialPad can take over the world. Better on-boarding support would be awesome for small businesses.
