Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Our entire organization (2 offices) uses Dialpad Talk. It's the sole communication platform we use to reach out to clients, associates, and other firms.
- Easy to set up and get started. As an administrator, you can personally set up everyone's profile. It's fantastic.
- Easy to learn to use. We have a very wide range of ages at our law firm and all of our employees enjoy using Dialpad.
- Works wherever you are! We are always connected. We can work from home or in the office. Our receptionist can transfer a call to someone at their home, as if they were sitting at their desk in the office.
- We'd love to be able to curate our contacts a little differently, instead of it just having favorites and recent, but this is a very small thing.
- Our employees can work from home if they need to. This has absolutely helped our efficiency, especially during a time of a global pandemic.
We absolutely hated RingCentral. The admin portal was a nightmare. Figuring out how to make the most basic of changes took forever. We couldn't even delete users on our own! We had to call AT&T and wait on hold for 20 minutes just for them to do it for us. The faxing never worked and our call quality was awful. Switching to Dialpad was a breath of fresh air. It worked exactly how we wanted it to.
