Dialpad Talk is doing its job in helping us to do our job. It is a tool that can easily manage by anyone and you can be at ease in using this tool because you can go to its admin for faster transactions. They are true to themselves when they say they will fix the error.

- Can merge call easily
- Can be transcribe without the hassle
- Always recorded so I can go back to the conversation I missed

- Do not have an option for reporting
- The calls I made per day cannot easily count

Dialpad Talk is good, is okay to use, is user-friendly, is making my work easier. Dialpad is the best in its category. Dialpad improved risk mitigation [and] reduced higher risk. Dialpad is the best asset in the company [and] is very meticoulus. Dialpad has a lot of strength and there is little weakness.
