Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
So we use Dialpad to reach our clients all over the united states as a way of communicating. We are able to use Dialpad for talking over the phone or texting, we're even able to add emoji's and make teams within Dialpad to make sure we're all working at the same pace.
Pros
- Makes calls to businesses, or receives calls
- You are able to text as well
- You can make teams and collaborate on other co workers calls or texts
Cons
- When the wifi is bad, calls are bad too
- The chain of communication could be better I think, it takes a while through emails
- If they could reach out more often to see how everything is going would be nice
- Being able to talk and hear the other persons response real time like over the phone
- Also being able to text with someone if the connection is bad
- Also the ability to reach out to anyone at the Dialpad team for issues
- We've been able to use different numbers per state we work in
- We have good communication with their team overall
- Dialpad does have choppy calls now and then or the cx hangs up unexpectedly
- (EOL) Cisco Cloudcenter and Avaya Cloud Office
Woah there's nothing much to compare Dialpad has been far better than either of the two, maybe we do have a smaller company but this software has been way easier to use and understand far more than the other two. Plus the support we've been given to implement has been outstanding
