Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk
Dialpad helps us manage calls from donors and participants in our programming. The visual voicemail feature has been very helpful to first alert us of who's called and second to help us determine who should receive the call. We get calls from 4 different metropolitan areas, so it's helpful to be able to screen them as we go.
