Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We have integrated Dialpad Talk into our CRM (Salesforce). It helps us communicate via text and phone with our clients. I use it all day, every day! Being able to text and send pictures helps us process applications much faster than if we could only talk on the phone. We also have several call centers set up to correctly filter inbound calls to the right people and departments.

Pros

  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Texting
  • Routing calls

Cons

  • Updates syncing properly with Salesforce (quickly, because it does happen eventually)
  • Automated texts
  • Texting/Group texts
  • Calling
  • Integration with Salesforce
  • Positive - being able to answer inbound calls efficiently and not missing opportunities
  • Negative - occasional glitches where team members need to troubleshoot for 1/2 a day
Cisco was clunky and crashed frequently. The last company that I worked at used Cisco Finesse. The interface was very outdated and not intuitive at all. Dialpad Talk is more modern and user-friendly. I was also unable to text in Cisco Finesse.

Do you think Dialpad Connect delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Dialpad Connect's feature set?

Yes

Did Dialpad Connect live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Dialpad Connect go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Dialpad Connect again?

Yes

Dialpad Talk is great if you want to be able to use multiple interfaces. I love that there's a mobile app so I can respond quickly, even if I'm not logged onto my laptop. I've used it for group texting, sending photos, calling, conference calls, etc. All are smooth and simple to use. It's less appropriate if you need something that can automate texting and if you need to conference with more than two other callers.
