Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We moved from Polycom phones 4 years ago and never looked back. We can travel and support our clients no matter where we are. Along with cloud-based network storage, our company seamlessly went to work remotely in March of 2020 with no downtime.
  • Easy to transfer calls
  • Easy to use mobile app
  • Great integration with Microsoft
  • What's lacking is keyboard shortcuts. I want to be able to hit a key to hang up, transfer, mute, etc. Finding the app and then the hangup button on my desktop is a challenge.
  • There's a decent delay from when I answer to when the caller can hear me.
  • When voicemails are transferred to me, and the admin/operator deletes the voice mail, it is deleted for me too.
  • We have a client that has a lot of voicemails, a better way to mark it as read or 'handling" but not delete it.
  • Going from WIFI on a call to cellular after leaving the office often disconnects the call.
  • Portability, on the go business
  • Ability to turn on "do not disturb hours" for work life balance
  • Scalability - Good for small or large organizations
  • Dialpad Talk seems to be fairly priced; we've had it for over 4 years and have no plans to make a change.
  • Solid technology. I've never had an outage.
  • Any integrations with other technology would be welcome for time and resource-saving.
I was not involved in choosing Dialpad Talk. I'm not aware of the competition in this category.

Do you think Dialpad Ai Voice delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Dialpad Ai Voice's feature set?

Yes

Did Dialpad Ai Voice live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Dialpad Ai Voice go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Dialpad Ai Voice again?

Yes

Being able to separate my work number from my personal mobile phone is great. I don't want to share my personal number with clients.

Going from the office (on WIFI) to out in the world on a call will often cause the call to drop. It needs to be seamless.

Being able to have our main number (and not our direct Dialpad or personal numbers) be able to accept calls and text for 2FA is great. It used to be that a person would leave the company, and then you'd have to bother them to get a Google code, etc.
