Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We've implemented Dialpad Talk as a primary softphone application in multiple projects within the past year. What I believe Dialpad Talk does better than every other developer is the focus on ease of use. This applies to all users, as well as admins and customers. The downtime of Dialpad Talk services is, at this point, nonexistent. The user interface is extremely beginner friendly and flexible for implementation with a LARGE variety of other services. I could not recommend Dialpad Talk enough to any business, large or small. Incredible work is being completed by the Dialpad team.

Pros and Cons

Customer Service is always quick to respond.
The mobile and desktop applications work together seamlessly.
Managing a large number of users never became overwhelming.

I would like to see personalization options in the UI.

Call monitoring.
Area Code assignment.
User management.
