Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

Dialpad fits our company perfectly. We are not willing to go "cell phone only" for our employees and want each of our employees to have their own assigned phone number. Some employees want a desk phone and some want an app on their computers. Everyone wants an app on their phone and the ability to switch between them. Dialpad does all that for us and works very well.

Cons

  • More integrations into Google G Suite
  • Cloud based
  • Reliability
  • Desk phone option
  • Much easier and cheaper to manage than an in house phone system
  • More features than an PBX system
  • All cloud based
Google Voice, when we looked at it, didn't have some of the features that we needed that Dialpad has.

Dialpad is well suited for a company that wants its employees to have a traditional "office phone number" but still be able to make a receive calls from anywhere using their mobile phones or laptops. It also allows user to choose whether or not they want a desk phone. And it is all cloud based with no need for any server hardware onsite.
