Overall Satisfaction with DigitalPersona
We just have one department using it for their specialized software, to verify that it is them and to validate each step of a process.
- Logs into Windows desktop.
- Install was slick.
- Support during install was excellent.
- After the original appointment, we kind of stopped hearing from them. They have said that they just got acquired.
We are just starting to use the product and have not fully used all the items they can provide. We hope to get to a point where we are using it fully, and allow our members to have a smooth clean experience with multiple apps.
Yes, this has been wonderful for us. We use it all the time.
The third-party application is the main reason we got this. Like I mentioned before, I hope to get more out of it by using it for more applications.
- Users like to use it for their Windows login and the third-party app will use it which will make it nice for them. Since we are just starting to use it, I don't have any ROI info.
We have not used any other product like this.
