As previously stated, I applaud how effective the customer service team was during the onboarding process. They communicated effectively and offered around-the-clock assistance. The training sessions are also useful and allow you to learn at your own pace. They are also willing to set up time to discuss any concerns.

Diligent Boards are great for formal meetings of the Board. It does offer many features, so sometimes it may appear to be convoluted when trying to conduct a simple task. Also, I think it would be more helpful if there was a number to call to troubleshoot instead of a chat (although this may be already offered).
