Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work for a company that provides services for Spotify. My role is to serve customers and help with any issues with the app or payment issues regarding the monthly subscription. dLocal is used to search for customer payments, thus locating possible duplicate accounts that they have created and signed by mistake. We generally use some filters for this, such as searching by email, card numbers or CPF (Brazilian ID)

Pros and Cons

Pros

User-friendly layout, easy to use
It doesn't lock and generally doesn't stay offline
has sufficient information about the payment and who made it

Cons

no need to select the time period to search with any filter
Few times the website does not open and a message appears
Payment via Pix (Brazil) is processed by Demerge, but it is not possible to search on the dLocal website

dLocal can reduce payment costs by uniting and simplifying international and local payments on one platform, which can help you make better money
dLocal can require a lot of investment, training and changes to internal processes. If adaptation is not efficient or emerging markets do not perform as expected, it may delay returns or result in losses.

Usability

The dLocal platform is very easy to use, and has a well thought out user experience. It's intuitive for you to find what you want, with the different filters that the site offers. As well as information that returns about a specific payment, such as all customer-related content, which is used to find Spotify accounts

OneSource Communications Business Internet Services, Braintree and a PayPal service

dLocal is the most complete among the platforms I use in my daily life, in relation to searching for payments. both in layout, UX, optimization, among other things. In addition to being possible to locate several different types of payments from different countries. As a comparison, Onesource works mostly only for payments in Latin America

Likelihood to Recommend

dLocal does a very good job of explaining why payments fail when they occur, and makes it clear what happened. I work with Onesource too, and it doesn't explain this very well.

There is a specific payment in Brazil called PIX, as if it were a digital wallet that makes payments immediately. This payment is processed by Demerge, but it is not possible to find this type of payment in platform. So sometimes the client makes the payment in this way to another account by mistake, and we are unable to locate it on our part.
