Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
I currently use and have used DonorPerfect in two past previous positions with small nonprofits. All offices have been a staff size of one or two users. I believe in the product though because at each new position I recommend to the Foundation board to make the investment in this product. I have also referred to two other organizations as well. It is a great product with a variety of options and uses for nonprofits big and small.
- Reporting functioning.
- Export of reports.
- Help function is hard to navigate.
- Allows us to streamline mailings to giving donors instead of wasting that money on a big mailing list with little return.
They offer great customer service and are fit for a small nonprofit. Also, they offer a good price and our budget doesn't take a big hit in comparison to other options.
