Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
DonorPerfect is being used in the development office of a private elementary school for fundraising purposes. We use it for campaigns and events to record and track donations. We use it in connection with ReadySetAuction for events and QuickBooks for financial purposes.
- It has a great support staff.
- It is easy to use.
- It should have a feature that automatically backs up/saves the record you are in. In a busy office, we are constantly interrupted and we often leave our desks/computers and forget to click save. When we come back DP has timed out and not saved the data and it all has to be entered again. Very frustrating.
- Since DP owns ReadySetAuction it should interact better.
- Positive impact for recording/tracking donors.
- Positive impact for great support.
Double The Donation is a part of DonorPerfect and we have subscribed to it over the last few years but we do not see a significant and positive impact on donations.
