Overall Satisfaction with Dovetail
We run a range of user tests and store them in Dovetail, and analyzing them with the built-in AI has been a massive time saver in tagging, transcribing, theme analysis, and overall analysis. Having them stored in one place with all these tools in one suite has been invaluable.

Cons
- We've experienced some slowness in the platform loading.
- Onboarding and training (self training).
- UI could use some work (some icons lack labels and are therefore not immediately obvious).
- Massive time saving and therefore ROI on project.
- Better quality output.
- Improved productivity.
It has been a really big time saver and also a quality improvement in the output. The transcribing has been very accurate and captures different accents as well, which was great. AI highlight was incredibly powerful and saved us many hours in resource requirements and in understanding user requirements and experience.
Generally, time saving, improved ROI, and improved output. This has put user experience even higher in the priority order.
