We use DraftSight for quick, familiar 2D drafting, utilizing familiar commands at an outstanding price.
As a previous AutoCAD user, I can highly recommend this product. I use it daily and will continue to do so.

Price was main factor.
I asked to evaluate the next level (3D) of this product and never got a satisfactory method of doing this without buying a new license. Obviously I am not going to buy something I can't see or try so I did purchase Autodesk Fusion 360 for my 3D work - shame because I am a fan of DraftSight in general!

I have Professional, which I assume includes this. Nothing is clear & simple when it comes to DraftSight support & licensing.
