Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company primarily uses Dropbox for all file sharing since we are all remote. It keeps us all up to date and allows us to share or receive large files that could not usually be shared via email. We have recently started exploring the "send for signature" feature, which has streamlined our content approval process. I would recommend Dropbox.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Backs up new saves quickly.
Keeps accounts/files secure.
Makes sharing large files extremely easy.

Cons

A customizable dashboard would be a great addition, allowing users to select their most used files and activity on one page.

Return on Investment

Our business is very reliant on Dropbox. I don't have numbers, but I don't think we could operate efficiently without Dropbox.

Dropbox is well suited to file organization and storage. It also makes sharing large files very easy. The "send for signature" feature is proving very useful. The system functions well as an app on mobile, on the web, or when integrating with the file explorer on a desktop. Within moments of adding a new file, it is backed up and available across the whole system.
