Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox for Business

When it comes to storing files such as SQL queries, PowerPoint presentations and/or images, I use Dropbox instead of storing them on my PC. Although file security has gotten better for PCs, I still worry about crashes, wares, and viruses. Dropbox allows me to retain important files I would otherwise lose in extreme events.
  • Security: I feel my files are safe when I upload them to Dropbox.
  • Pricing: For the amount of space necessary, Dropbox has the most competitive pricing.
  • Accessibility.
  • The navigation could use a refresh to make file retrieval better.
  • Doesn't allow folder locking.
  • Box
Box dropped shortly after Dropbox with the intent on beating out Dropbox in file sharing by offering more space for free and adjusting their pricing. What was crazy was Box was less secure than Dropbox and had less functionality upfront. Although they had a nice navigation, it was still a bit confusing if you didn't know what you were looking for.
When dealing with out of town clients that need files download ready and I'm not near a computer, I use Dropbox to download what I need and email them from my mobile device.
