Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox for Business
We use Dropbox for business to share documents between team members who work on projects across the country. Having the ability to get multiple teams on the same folder with the most current documents, helps to keep everyone working on the same page. Dropbox also relieves capacity issues that we deal with from a local server.
- The syncing of Dropbox is very efficient and very quick.
- The only downside is that any folders synced to a local desktop will count against local storage capacity.
- Our savings on maintenance of local servers as well as inefficiencies that we overcame from the old method of saving a document, then emailing, have more than paid for what it costs.
- Box
Box has been pretty competitive for Dropbox, but the pricing and capacity options are more competitive with Dropbox.
