Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use dropbox sign for all legal paperwork in our company. It is very efficient and effective in sending documents and also getting notice when they are delivered, viewed, and completed. It is convenient as templates can be added and used as needed. I would definitely recommend this tool to all companies.

Pros

  • Stores templates for convenient use.
  • Notifies of errors in delivering emails.
  • Notifies when document is viewed and signed.

Cons

  • I would love for admins to be able to cancel any documents not just the ones you sent.
  • Faster time to contract signature.
  • Reduction in paper waste.
  • Cost and time savings.
Very useful for all businesses.

This tool is suited for all business that handle legal documents and want and efficient way to disseminate and recover all documents. It is an effective tool as all documents are stored within and can be easily accessed as desired. Each document completed also has a record attached of date and time signed for maximum legality.
