Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This has helped expedite the onboarding process at work. I am able to save templates of our onboarding paperwork on Dropbox Sign and then batch-send them to a new hire. I initially chose Dropbox Sign because it was one of the most reasonably priced products at the time. So far, I am enjoying how easy it is to use.

Pros and Cons

Allows you to have templates of paperwork you constantly email out.
Allows you to batch send paperwork that requires signatures.

It would be great if they offered a discounted rate for non-profits.

Usability

I gave it this rating because it simplifies the onboard and contracting process at work. I love that it expedites are onboarding process and allows for managers to sign without coming to the office.
