Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

This has helped expedite the onboarding process at work. I am able to save templates of our onboarding paperwork on Dropbox Sign and then batch-send them to a new hire. I initially chose Dropbox Sign because it was one of the most reasonably priced products at the time. So far, I am enjoying how easy it is to use.

Pros

  • Allows you to have templates of paperwork you constantly email out.
  • Allows you to batch send paperwork that requires signatures.

Cons

  • It would be great if they offered a discounted rate for non-profits.
  • Reduced paper waste.
  • Saves time with the onboarding process.
I gave it this rating because it simplifies the onboard and contracting process at work. I love that it expedites are onboarding process and allows for managers to sign without coming to the office.
