Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Drop-Box sign to allow our clients the option to sign online as opposed to coming down to our office. This allows for quicker completion of non-notarized files and saves money we would be spending on shipping hard copies to the clients directly.

  • Easy to set up even complex documents.
  • Customer Service is Prompt.
  • Not able to include Sample Templates with additional packet.
  • Not able to save progress.
  • Time saving.

Drop-Box sign worked well for clients out of the area who are proficient with technology but out older clientele did struggle with the lack of instructions provided by Drop-Box Sign.
