Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

I Use Dropbox sign with our Purchase Order process in securing installation vendors for exterior signage installations. This has made is much more efficient to send out signature requests from within Dropbox and have the signed copy of each document automatically saved into the desired folder so that we don't have to download and upload after each signature. Saving us a few extra steps to keep things moving quickly for us.
  • Easy intuitive UI.
  • Drag and drop desired input / signature fields.
  • Smartsheet integration.
  • Include Dropbox Sign pricing with Dropbox license so that you don't have to purchase a separate license for each user.
  • Speed of vendor acceptance on Purchase Order.
  • Speed of creating and confirming Purchase Order approvals.
The UI is very intuitive, in my opinion. Large buttons. Though the "Next" button was recently relocated to the bottom right of the page and I still think the natural location for that should have remained in the top right corner of the page. But overall very easy to learn and get up to speed.
I don't know. I have not tried to play with this feature much yet.
Very similar to the others, except this is tightly integrated within the dropbox file/cloud storage, which our company already uses, so that makes it that much more convenient you don't have to go to another platform. You can access it directly within the dropbox ecosystem.

Use in the purchasing process with vendors. We use Dropbox Sign to sign purchase orders and the terms and conditions of accepting the purchase order with vendors.

No, this was kind of a default at the time as the owner said the HelloSign was part of Dropbox, then it became a dropbox sign and just worked out to be more convenient than a third-party license. I just wish you didn't have to purchase a license if you are already a Dropbox user.
