Every Teacher Needs a Timesaving Tool.

As a special education teacher, I am responsible for the creation, distribution, and securing of agreements on legally binding educational records. In many cases, due to the vast number of team members, positions, and schedules, there are often times when one or more team members can not meet in person or when a virtual meeting is easier. In these instances where I require signatures, I am able to easily upload, designate signature/date/initial locations, and then disperse to all team members in a timely manner. Due to the nature of my documents, I also appreciate the log, which is kept through Dropbox, which allows me to provide documentation if ever needed to support my communication efforts.
