Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign for obtaining electronic signatures for new hire staff and also for handbook policy updates and acknowledgments.
  • User-friendly.
  • Automated email reminders.
  • Easily create templates for later use.
  • The "bulk send" feature could be optimized for ease of use.
  • I'd like to see email reminders continually sent until pending documents are signed.
  • Paper Reduction.
  • Faster signature times.
  • Time savings.
It is fairly overall easy to use and train new users on.
Templates and forms have been highly configurable. We've only used templates and forms, so we cannot comment on API embedding.
Dropbox Sign has created the greatest ROI for our company, with ease of use and user training.

Very appropriate to request signatures required for text acknowledgment with a time stamp. Less appropriate for one-off signatures; Adobe can be used.
